With much sadness we announce the passing of our dear Mam,           Margaret Winifred Armstrong, peacefully yet unexpectedly in the Cumberland Infirmary on 12th April 2021, aged 89 years. Much loved wife of our dear Dad, the late Robert, dear Mam of Jennifer, David, Joanna, William and Julie, mother-in-law to Steve, Margaret, John, Denise and Paul, treasured Nana to Sarah, Margaret, Emma, Lisa, Neil, Robert, Beth, George, Kym, and Florence, Great Nana Gables, dear sister to Mary, Sister-in-law, Auntie and friend to many. Funeral Service will be held at Arthuret Church, Longtown on Wednesday 21st April 2021 at 1.30pm (Covid restrictions apply), followed by interment in Arthuret Churchyard. The funeral cortege will leave Gables Croft at 7.15pm on Tuesday 20th April as Margaret will be received into Church the night before. Family flowers only. Collection in aid of Arthuret Church.
